The UFC Antitrust Lawsuit is finally over! Pending court approval of course. But, the parties agreed to a $335 million settlement with the fighters in the Cung Le class of fighters and the Kajan Johnson class of fighters. Per multiple reports the payments will be disbursed this fall and in the first part of 2025.
There is no word on how the $335 million (minus costs and attorney fees) will be distributed among the fighters. But, the settlement means that the fighters will receive something for the long, arduous legal fight. We do not know if UFC contracts will be affected due to the court settlement.
Below are my thoughts on this. Also, after that is Show Money where I get together with John Nash and Paul Gift.
